Peter London is Chairman having established the original Clark London & Co. Ltd. in 1973. Peter specialises in the corporate market and is particularly active in advising directors of successful privately owned companies on exit planning. He is also actively involved in providing financial planning and investment advice, to high net worth individuals.
Managing Director
Phil Oaten (Managing Director) joined the company in 1987 and was initially responsible for developing the company's employee benefits business. He now concentrates on retirement planning, and also fulfills the role of compliance oversight officer and training and competence officer. Phil holds a degree in Probability and Statistics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute
Andrea Wilson has 24 years' service with the Company and her recent responsibilities have involved compliance, human resources and management of the administration team. Her appointment brings a new perspective and outlook to the board that further strengthens the management of the company.
Ian Hawkins joined EFG Ashby London in 1989 and manages the employee benefits division of the company. Ian has vast experience in employee pensions and related benefits, he is authorised to advise on pension transfers
Shaun Guest joined EFG Ashby London in November 2001. He had previously worked for two IFA firms following his introduction into the industry via a major insurance company. Shaun specialises in corporate and personal financial planning and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.
Technical Manager
Louise Cole joined EFG Ashby London in 1988 and is the Technical Manager responsible for preparation of Financial Planning Reports and product research. Louise holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.
